Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
Comic cover art is provided by the publisher and is subject to change. Comics will have "Trade Dress" (Title, issue number, barcode, etc.) unless specifically noted.
Please note Shipping Dates. If an order includes items with mixed shipping dates, the order will not be fulfilled until all items are received by the distributor. If you wish to receive an item(s) per the shipping dates, please make sure to place separate orders accordingly. Items are subject to delay from estimated shipping dates. Factors include: receiving damaged stock from the distributor, mail carrier conditions, or unexpected high volume of orders.
Store exclusives are also not available to be cancelled or refunded, please be sure to double check your order before completing your purchase.
Condition is not guaranteed – we do our best to provide the most optimal condition possible, however between printing mechanical errors, distribution shipping and handling, etc., it is impossible to guarantee a flawless comic every time. You should expect a condition grade of at least a 9.2 or higher unless specifically noted on new titles. Possible admissible defects include: printer burn, cover art and trade dress not perfectly centred, minimal wear, or other conditions out of our control.
SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 7 – FORMING A CONTRACT
When the Customer places an order to purchase a product from this website, this order is a formal offer to purchase the mentioned product. Upon receipt of the Customer’s order, Justice Comics will capture the payment and send the Customer a confirmation email illustrating that order in detail. The confirmation E-mail that Justice Comics sends is neither a guarantee nor an invoice.
A contract between the Customer and Justice Comics will come into existence when Justice Comics captures payment from the Customer’s credit or debit card for the purchase of the product.
SECTION 8 - PRICING
All prices on this website are in £ sterling and include V.A.T. where appropriate.
Justice Comics makes every effort to ensure that the contents listed on this website are correct. However, errors may occur and Justice Comics reserves the right to alter product prices and information on this website without notice. Other reasons for price alteration may include (but are not limited to) taxation changes or other duty increases.
In the event that Justice Comics changes the price of an item due to an error, the following Terms apply. Justice Comics will inform the Customer as soon as possible of the amendment and of the correct price. The Customer may choose to fulfil their order at the correct price, or to cancel their order. If the Customer chooses to cancel their order and has already paid for the goods in question, Justice Comics shall refund the full amount in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer should be aware that Justice Comics does not consider a pricing adjustment due to a promotion, sale or other offer as an error in price, and the above Terms do not therefore apply.
Justice Comics is under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an erroneous price or description.
Ownership of goods does not pass into the hands of the Customer until Justice Comics has received full payment.
SECTION 9 - AVAILABILITY
Where a release date is listed on this website, that date is subject to change in accordance to information received from the supplier of the item. Justice Comics will not be held responsible if that item is delayed, brought forward or cancelled, or if the content or cover art has changed.
Justice Comics sells a number of limited editions and products with limited stock on this website. The availability of these items is strictly on a ‘first come first served’ basis. Justice Comics will endeavour to fulfil every Customer’s order; however, once the supply of the limited edition item is exhausted and the Customer’s order cannot be fulfilled, Justice Comics will cancel the Customer’s order and no costs will be charged to the Customer’s account.
Justice Comics will not be responsible for compensating the Customer for any other losses connected with the purchase of limited edition products.
SECTION 10 - DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
Product prices on this website are exclusive of delivery and shipping charges, with the exception of the Total Price listed under the Customer’s Shopping Cart, which is inclusive of these charges. Shipping rates are calculated by size and weight of the item(s) being shipped and are charged accordingly upon the checkout process. Justice Comics will endeavour to deliver product to the Customer as soon as possible, in accordance with the Delivery Policy as detailed on this website.
Justice Comics will ship the goods to the customer once funds have cleared. All deliveries will be made to the address that the Customer gives for delivery of the product.
Justice Comics reserves the right to refuse to deliver to an address that may not be secure. This address could be (but is not limited to) a communal postal address, a BFPO or a PO Box. In this event, Justice Comics will inform the Customer as soon as possible.
Justice Comics will not be liable to the Customer in the event that Justice Comics is prevented by circumstance from delivering product that the Customer has ordered.
SECTION 11 – RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Customer may cancel their order/pre-order, for any reason and at any time. In the event that the Customer wishes to cancel their order, the Customer must inform Justice Comics in writing.
Should a customer wish to invoke their right to cancel on any other item, the product must be returned to Justice Comics in its original packaging and in a resalable condition with all seals and wrappings.
Should the Customer invoke their right to cancel, the following Terms apply:
If Justice Comics has not yet dispatched the product, Justice Comics will cancel the Customer’s order no costs will be charged to the Customer. Should a charge have been made for pre-ordered products, Justice Comics will issue a refund.
If Justice Comics has already dispatched the product, the Customer will not be able to cancel their order, but can arrange to return the product within 14 days. The customer will inform Justice Comics in writing and can contact Justice Comics at the E-Mail address justicecomics@live.co.uk
In this instance, the Customer undertakes the responsibility to return that product to Justice Comics.
The Customer must return the item to Justice Comics within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund.
SECTION 12 DEFECTIVE GOODS
In the event that an item is defective, missing, faulty or sent in error by Justice Comics, the customer should contact Justice Comics to arrange the return of the item. Email: justicecomics@live.co.uk The Customer should use and include all the original packaging to return their item/s to Justice Comics. If a free returns label is issued to the customer this can only be used to return items that the customer has reported to Justice Comics as defective, faulty or sent in error.
Justice Comics will offer a replacement for the same product/s that were faulty or damaged. Where we cannot offer a replacement, we will refund the cost of the item/s and postage where applicable.
The Customer must return the item/s to Justice Comics within 28 days of receipt for faulty, damaged, defective or incorrect goods to qualify for a refund or replacement.
SECTION 13 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
We may also, in the future, offer new services and/or features through the website (including, the release of new tools and resources). Such new features and/or services shall also be subject to these Terms of Service.
